Choose Your Service

Recurring service, one-time purges, and everything between.

Ongoing

Recurring Document Shredding

Secure containers are placed throughout your location and serviced on a schedule designed around your document volume. Programs can support individual offices, campuses, healthcare systems, government locations, retail networks, and other multi-site organizations.

One-Time

One-Time and Purge Shredding

Clear records rooms, offices, warehouses, and stored files without disrupting daily operations. One-time services can be structured for a small purge, a complete facility cleanout, or coordinated projects across multiple locations.

Onsite and Offsite Options

Destroyed where it makes sense — documented either way.

Option One

Onsite Shredding

Material is destroyed at the customer’s location using mobile destruction equipment when onsite processing is appropriate or required. Witnessed destruction can be accommodated when requested.

Option Two

Offsite Shredding

Material is securely collected and transported under documented chain of custody to an approved processing location for destruction.

Hard Drive and Electronic Media Destruction

Deleting isn't destroying.

Wilmington Group coordinates secure destruction for hard drives and other electronic media. Depending on the project, service may include onsite destruction, serial-number capture, serialized reporting, a Certificate of Destruction, and responsible recovery of recyclable components.

Multi-Location Shredding

One managed program for every location.

Organizations with multiple locations can consolidate service coordination, documentation, reporting, and billing through a single managed program. Local service is coordinated through qualified providers operating under established program requirements.

How It Works

Five steps. One documented process.

Evaluate

We review the material, volume, location, risks, logistics, timing, and reporting requirements.

Plan

We develop the destruction, transportation, processing, and documentation plan.

Secure

Material is collected, transported, received, and controlled through a documented chain of custody.

Destroy

Material is processed using the method appropriate for its composition, risk, and required outcome.

Document and Recover

The agreed-upon completion reporting is provided, and recyclable material is directed toward the best available recovery option.
